I’m a music lover and creator, wanting to bring feelings associated with dreams and fantasy into real life through my work.
02. What are you listening actually ?
Beats, Rap, Smooth Jazz, R&B, Funk and more
3. How you came to music ?
Music and melodies always played in my head as a kid. I played a lot of video games which had soundtracks that influenced me. I self taught piano at 14, heard beats from an anime called Samurai Champloo, then decided I wanted to be a producer.
4. What gear do you use in studio/live ?
Right now just a Korg MIDI keyboard, and a Fender guitar and bass
5. Do you have an anecdote or a memory to tell us about your music ?
Discovering ambient music from the likes of Ryuichi Sakamoto and Taylor Deupree in recent years inspired me to make my own. What stuck out to me is how ambient music can be so minimal yet simultaneously have so many possibilities because of that blank slate it provides.
6. Which artist would you dream of working with?
I sat with this question for a bit and I wanna say no one in particular because I don’t really put artists on a pedestal over other ones. But from personal taste I’d love to work with Thundercat, Crush and Devin Morrison. They make alternative R&B with hints of Jazz and I love that kind of vibe.
7. What are your plans for the future?
Continuing to rise in the music world with both my solo work, and as a producer for others, having complete financial freedom, and doing the best I can every day for myself and my loved ones.
